100% due at time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy:
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 45 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after. 

Damage Deposit:

Damage deposit is not required. However, you will be liable for any damage you cause during your stay up to a maximum fine of $1000.00. 

Pet Policy:

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets. A pet fee of CAD $15.00 + HST per pet, per night applies to all pets staying on the property. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet so we can note it on your reservation.
