Cancellation Policy:
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 45 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after. 

Damage Policy

We do not require a damage deposit. However, a valid credit card must be provided and kept on file for security purposes.

If any damage, loss, or missing items are discovered during or after your stay, we will contact you directly to explain the situation and provide details of the damage, along with the associated costs.

Pet Policy:

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved pets. A pet fee of CAD $20.00 + HST per pet, per night applies to all pets staying on the property. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet so we can note it on your reservation.
